MIKROMAT G-Series
MIKROMAT universal and thread grinding machines are designed for the precision machining of work pieces with very demanding and different rotational profiles. Internal and outside contours can be ground.
The CNC control software developed by MIKROMAT guarantees precise interaction of all axes as well as safe and convenient programming with workshop-oriented operator guidance. This gives the user the opportunity to combine his special grinding technical knowledge with the know-how of MIKROMAT.

Machining cycles for standardized profiles are stored as a program unit. It is easy to produce worm drive gears and adjusting spindles of various types, threaded pieces, limit plug gauges and many other work pieces.
In addition, grinding cycles for special work pieces such as rollers for thread rolling, control wheels and supply reels for centerless grinding, spindles for screw pumps or pinions for gear pumps can be also generated and machined.There are suitable solutions for components with cylindrical or conical elements and flat surfaces
Depending on the specific task, a dressing tool with single-point diamonds, forming or profile rollers are used for dressing the grinding wheels.
For standard production, we offer various solutions tailored to the machining task for loading and unloading the machines with suitable magazines as well as measuring technology for quality control.

MIKROMAT universal thread-grinding machines can be optionally equipped with an additional permanently integrated rotational axis and thus expand the technological capabilities in the precision machining of highly complex work pieces with demanding and highly different rotational profiles.
