MIKROMAT 20V

Decades of experience in the production and use of vertical and horizontal jig boring mills and jig grinders, as well as the use in our own precision machining, have made this new type of machine possible. The assembly of manufacturing process elements determines the accuracy of this machine for multi-side / 5-axis machining; complete finishing machining of the work piece in a single clamping represents the most effective way to the highest precision. 

By extending the paths of the individual axes in combination with a head and spindle extension system that has been thought out in detail, MIKROMAT precision portals achieve a maximum machining space with a minimum machine size and all this while maintaining the same machine accuracy. At the same time, the automatic tool change system enables a high degree of automation of the system. 

The MIKROMAT 20V can be extended to the manufacturing cell by installing a second machine table, which can be moved individually, but also synchronously. As a result of this extension, components with a up to 11 500 mm can be machined with the same precision.
